Mango Kulfi Recipe

There's something about mangoes, which we all are obsessed with! How about trying a traditional kulfi with a twist of mangoes. Sounds indulgent isn't it. Well, this awesome dessert recipe will make you fall in love with Indian desserts. Kufis are the most delicious North Indian chilled dessert recipe one can think of. Try this Mango Kulfi made with mango pulp, mik, saffron and cream. Try this creamy kulfi recipe with your loved ones.
Ingredients of Mango Kulfi
5 cup milk
5 strand saffron
2 1/4 cup Mango pulp
3 tablespoon sugar
3/4 cup fresh cream
How to make Mango Kulfi
Step 1
Boil milk in a heavy bottomed pan. Lower heat and let it simmer.
Step 2
Add sugar and cook till the milk is reduced to a third and is thick and creamy. Add mango pulp and saffron. Cook further for 2 minutes
Step 3
Cool to room temperature and mix in the cream. Spoon the mixture into 6 to 8 moulds.
Step 4
Cover tightly with foil and freeze for at least 6 hours.
Step 5
Shake the mould thrice during the first hour of freezing. Remove from refrigerator.
Step 6
Dip the bottom of the moulds in hot water and invert onto serving dishes. Serve immediately.
